Netstal At the Plastindia in New Delhi

The forthcoming international plastics exhibition Plastindia in New Delhi will also be attended by Netstal, the Swiss manufacturer on injection moulding machines. On the joint exhibition stand of the Swiss organization for the promotion of trade (OSEC) Netstal will demonstrate its highly durable and perfectly established SynErgy machine. The application on show is from the area of medical moulding and makes the output capabilities of this range of equipment clearly evident.
Netstal demonstrates the production of a medical article on its machine model SynErgy 900. A 24-impression mould of the Swiss mould maker Schöttli produces plungers for insulin syringes from a high-density polyethylene of Messrs INEOS of Belgium at a cycle time of just under 7.5 seconds. The high injection capacity of the SynErgy guarantees an impeccable product quality.

Prasad gwk Cooltech of India supports Netstal with suitable cooling units while raw material feeding is ensured by the devices of the Motan company domiciled in Germany.

By demonstrating its SynErgy 900-110 machine Netstal also underpins its competence in application and production-technical consultancy. Under the service brand of „Netstal Support Concept“ the company’s specialists look after the Netstal customers worldwide around the clock and in this way guarantee an economically efficient production.
