VDMA: K 2016 Best Ever | Industry 4.0 in Focus

Iranpolymer- According to Baspar, After eight days a very successful K 2016 is drawing to a close. “For many exhibitors from the plastics and rubber machinery segment it was the most successful K of all times, by own accounts,” confirms Ulrich Reifenhäuser, Chairman of the Plastics and Rubber Machinery Association within VDMA, and goes on to say: “We travelled to Düsseldorf with optimistic expectations and these expectations were even exceeded.”

 

At K 2016 the Association and its members focused on the theme Industry 4.0. At numerous events in the VDMA TV-Pavilion key aspects were discussed by experts with the audience and member companies, which were underpinned by practical examples at many stands. “With our focal theme Industry 4.0 we have shown how important this topic is for our industry and the status quo of the plastics and rubber machinery industry,” says Thorsten Kühmann, Managing Director of the Association.
