The agreement sees PFLUON\u2019s expertise in PAEK-production and development capacities combined with BIEGLO\u2019s European distribution network. The pair are aiming to target the automotive, aerospace and industrial industries.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">Aurum Thermoplastic Polyimide<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Mitsui Chemicals\u2019 Aurum TPI provides the highest glass-transition temperature among melt-processable polymers: Tg 245\u00b0C. The solution is used in mechanical applications as bearings, thrust washers, and gears. Aurum is being increasingly used as an insulation material in electrical and electronic environments as high-voltage EV coils, busbars, or as an insulation layer for medical devices.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">NOWE VC-201 (Aromatic thermosetting Copolyesters)<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Combining aromatic thermosetting copolyesters with high thermal stability (decomposition &gt; 450\u00b0C), low dielectric constant, and excellent dimensional and creep resistance, NOWE VC-201 can boost temperature performance and enhance wear resistance for high-demand applications.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">Celazole PEEK-PBI Compounds<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Celazole\u00a0T-Series blends PBIs 427\u00b0C Tg with PEEK\u2019s melt-processability, HDT is lifted to 320\u00b0C, improving modulus and wear life, while remaining 100% PFAS-free. Grades from unfilled TU-60 to carbon-fibre-reinforced TF-60C support seals, bearings and semiconductor tooling operating beyond 300\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">Meldin 7000 thermoset Polyimide Series<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Meldin 7000 operates continuously at 315\u00b0C and can withstand 482\u00b0C excursions, keeping dimensional change below 0.04% after repeated cycling between 23\u00b0C and 260\u00b0C. Self-lubricating grades support dry-running applications under high thermal and mechanical stress.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">R-PEEK Dexnyl R-PEEK Granules<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">BIEGLO closes the loop on post-industrial PEEK by collecting, cleaning and re-granulating residues into Dexnyl R-PEEK 143G. Following recycling, mechanical properties are retained, allowing for the cost-effective substitution of virgin PEEK in high-temp components while also reducing the carbon footprint.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">Spartech Sheet &amp; Film Innovations<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Spartech product portfolio was merged into BIEGLO this year. ASP-Plastics GmbH, the official sales channel in Europe for this large US sheet-extruder, was previously acquired by BIEGLO.<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Royalite flame-retardant PVC\/ABS and PVC\/Acrylic sheets meet UL, FAR 25.853 and ASTM E-84 FST requirements, providing lightweight, thermoformable solutions for aircraft interiors, battery housings, and transport seating applications.<\/li>\n<li>Korad weatherable PMMA films are laminated onto ABS, HIPS or PVC, offering long-term UV stability, gloss control (10-85%), and outdoor colour fidelity for recreational and building products.<\/li>\n<li>Polycast cast acrylic is available as sheet, tube, and rod, with special grades for bullet-resistant windows.
