inject 4.0: consistent quality without specialist knowledge
\nWith intelligent assistance systems such as iQ weight control,
\nENGEL makes it especially easy for its customers to ensure consistently
\nhigh product quality, even without specialist knowledge.
\nThe iQ systems continually analyse critical process parameters
\nand readjust them automatically, shot for shot. The result is a
\nself-optimising injection moulding machine.

Economical injection moulding of thick-walled lenses<\/strong>
\nThis is the first time that ENGEL is presenting a complex multi-
\ncomponent process with interlinked injection moulding machines
\nat Chinaplas. Two duo injection moulding machines will produce
\nLED lenses made of PMMA with a thick-ness of 22 mm for vehicle
\nheadlamps.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Processing liquid silicone rubber, no reworking required<\/strong>
\nDuring Chinaplas, ENGEL is producing wire grommets made of
\nliquid silicone rubber (LSR) for individual wires with a corresponding
\nfine structure. A tie-bar-less e-victory 50\/80 injection moulding
\nmachine with electric injection unit is used to process the extremely
\nlow-viscosity LSR with high precision and high efficiency.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

A cleanroom solution with a tiny footprint<\/strong>
\nAnother premiere is in Medical, where ENGEL is presenting a highly
\nintegrated production cell for manufacturing pipette tips under cleanroom
\nconditions. This exhibit too, is the result of cooperation between
\nEurope and China. ENGEL, Waldorf Technik (Engen, Germany) and
\nWellmei Mold (Dongguan, China) have combined their know-how and
\nexperience with medical precision parts and tailored the system solution
