The Mepol Group and its subsidiaries will become part of the Advanced Polymer Solutions business unit of LyondellBasell.<br \/>\nThe Advanced Polymer Solutions segment produces and markets compounding solutions, such as polypropylene compounds, engineered plastics, masterbatches, engineered composites, colors and powders.<br \/>\nLyondellBasell says the acquisition is part of its positioning to address the rapidly growing demand for circular and renewable solutions through its integrated value chain approach.
