{"id":91120,"date":"2023-10-01T09:07:57","date_gmt":"2023-10-01T05:37:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polymervapooshesh.ir\/?p=91120"},"modified":"2023-10-01T10:56:07","modified_gmt":"2023-10-01T07:26:07","slug":"chase-plastics-works-on-project-to-recycle-ocean-ldpe-plastic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/polymervapooshesh.ir\/en\/chase-plastics-works-on-project-to-recycle-ocean-ldpe-plastic\/","title":{"rendered":"Chase Plastics works on project to recycle ocean LDPE plastic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><em><strong>Iranpolymer\/Baspar\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em>Chase Plastics is partnering with ancillary equipment manufacturer Summit Systems and Ocean Integrity to recycle ocean-recovered Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ocean Integrity is a global enterprise working on recovering ocean plastics.<br \/>\nOnce recycled, the resultant rPE will be available to purchase directly from Chase Plastics or via Summit Systems who will also distribute the product.<br \/>\nFor three years Ocean Integrity has worked with Summit Systems to develop a feasible process for the recovery of ocean plastics.<br \/>\nPlastics are collected from the oceans using Ocean Integrity\u2019s patented MPEDs \u2013 Micro Plastic Elimination Devices \u2013 that can retrieve microplastics down to 65 microns.<br \/>\nDavid Harris, chairman of Chase Plastics said: \u201cAside from the environmental benefits, we are supporting a scheme that benefits indigenous communities through deploying traditional fishing skills to help stimulate local economies.\u201d<br \/>\nCaptain Kieran Kelly, Managing Director of Ocean Integrity, added: \u201cWe are delighted to have secured the support and recycling expertise of Chase Plastics.
