{"id":93065,"date":"2023-11-21T12:20:27","date_gmt":"2023-11-21T08:50:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polymervapooshesh.ir\/?p=93065"},"modified":"2023-11-27T10:31:11","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T07:01:11","slug":"coveris-launches-new-recyclable-monoflex-thermoform-film-packaging","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/polymervapooshesh.ir\/en\/coveris-launches-new-recyclable-monoflex-thermoform-film-packaging\/","title":{"rendered":"Coveris launches new recyclable MonoFlex Thermoform film packaging"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><em><strong>Iranpolymer\/Baspar\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em>Austrian packaging company Coveris has developed and launched a\u00a0new recyclable thermoforming film\u00a0packaging solution, called MonoFlex Thermoform.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The solution has been designed to serve as a sustainable alternative to replace traditional non-recyclable materials used for thermoforming packaging in the food industry.<br \/>\nProduction of MonoFlex Thermoform is carried out at the company\u2019s facilities in Germany and the UK.<br \/>\nCoveris said that the solution is manufactured using polyethylene or polypropylene material and is fully nylon-free.<br \/>\nThe company said that it can also be produced using a single substrate of coextruded or laminated films based on the specific product\u2019s application and print requirements.<br \/>\nMonoFlex Thermoform has been developed with a wide operating window so it can maintain the same packing speeds as its predecessors.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">It offers strong puncture resistance and ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer barrier properties that help in keeping the products safe while increasing their shelf life.<br \/>\nThe solution is mainly suitable for packaging bakery items, dairy products, and other food products such as meat, fish, and poultry.<br \/>\nCustomers can obtain the MonoFlex Thermoform solution in a fully unprinted variant or only printed on the top side of the film.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This top film is offered with conventional and HD flexographic or rotogravure prints such as matt, gloss, and tactile lacquer finishing.
